RideClub uses essential browser technologies for authentication, app reliability, security, preferences, analytics, and product improvement.

1. Cookies and browser storage

  • RideClub may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember settings, support authentication, improve reliability, and protect the platform.
  • Some browser storage is essential for account sessions and app operation.
  • Users can control some cookies through browser settings, but blocking essential storage may stop the app from working correctly.

2. Analytics and product improvement

RideClub may collect and use platform data for analytics, product improvement, marketing insights, audience understanding, campaign measurement, and promotional strategy. Direct marketing will be handled with consent and opt-out options where required.

3. Marketing consent

  • Promotional direct marketing consent is separate from the main Terms checkbox.
  • Users can opt in or opt out of direct marketing messages where applicable.
  • Service, safety, verification, support, payment, and account messages may still be sent where needed to operate the platform or comply with law.

4. Support and report data

Support chat and reports may be stored for customer service, safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, quality improvement, training, and legal compliance.
